The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) message is the greeting that your reps will hear before they are prompted to connect with the lead. We can currently announce the following fields in this automated greeting:
- First and Last name (Default- always announced)
- Nature of inquiry
- Company name
- Spell lead's name
- Lead's phone number
- Lead's source
- Lead ID
- Reattempt number
In order to announce any of these fields, the data must be captured on your webform.
As a best practice, you should try to keep the greeting as short as possible and only announce fields that are relevant and useful.
